Local 3518 Contract Update

Local 3518 Members,

On August 21, 2025, we ratified our new contract with Henry Ford – Genesys. Since that time, we have continued to push for implementation of the tentative agreements Henry Ford - Genesys refused to acknowledge.

This week, we were notified that Henry Ford - Genesys has agreed to accept all the tentative agreements with a few exceptions. Management continues to contest the retroactivity of several of the economic provisions, including the raise in weekend compensation and the increased shift differential. Our members deserve what was promised to them, so we will continue to take any and all action toward Henry Ford - Genesys to protect our members and get this justly resolved.
