Salary Range: $36,671.28 – $53,633.04
JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Support Staff position is responsible for a variety of administrative and general office support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. The level of activity and the number of staff in each office determines the level of support that is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer multi-line phone and respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Produces letters, memos, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office.
• File and retrieve confidential documents, records, and prepare reports as needed.
• Proofread, reformat, and edit correspondence and documents.
• Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, email groups, and lists.
• Independently prepare responses to inquiries and other correspondence.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail and faxes.
• Retrieve information quickly from various sources including utilizing the web as a resource tool.
• Know, interpret, and apply organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent, AND at least three (3) years of paid secretarial experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
• Effective organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience in taking and transcribing meeting notes.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, courteous, and tactful.
• Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem resolution skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
• Demonstrated strong proofreading skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Google.

• Must be able to work at desk/computer for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to have repetitive wrist/hand/finger movement to work on computer and/or related office equipment.
• Position requires continual mental concentration and specific attention to detail.
• May be required to reach, bend, stoop, and handle objects with hands and/or fingers, talking and/or hearing, and seeing.
• Position requires light to moderate work with 20 (twenty) pounds maximum weight to lift and carry.
